Brivity is an all-in-one technology suite for real estate agents. The suite offers a robust CRM, lead generation, transaction management, marketing tools and a fantastic website for individual agents and teams.

Rhema Agency has worked with the Brivity platform since its inception in 2015. We loved the consumer-facing website, as well as the backend and transaction management capabilities.

Fast forward to 2021. A local Vancouver, Washington real estate agent comes to Rhema Agency to discuss transaction coordinating and marketing services in preparation to expand into a team. We initially worked with Brivity to ensure the website build was to the Agents specifications. We then transitioned to working with the Agent to do a custom platform setup and implementation. We were able to offer strategy for utilizing the platform fully and strategically including building of custom pages for client appreciation events and open houses.

Work Completed: Custom marketing email campaigns; custom transaction management tasks and timelines for Buyer and Seller; customization of agent to client auto emails; customization of transaction update communications; CRM setup including custom tags; addition of design features to main page of website; training on addition of Listing/Buyer transactions; setup of event pages to drive traffic to site organically; continued assistance with transaction management, website design, and sales activities.
